The GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. It works on many operating systems, in many languages.

In Hong Kong, most of my fellow would love to use Photoshop due to its powerful features. And i think we should stop our prohibited usage of software anymore.

Remark:
Just install it on a P4(HT)2.8G with 512M RAM machine, and i experienced in slow processing with the operation. Do anyone give me hints why my problem in GIMP?
