BNO 移民札記 006 - 揀學校

BNO 移民家庭，唔想畀錢讀私立 day school，會搵政府 state school, grammar school，著眼點會是 Ofsted ratings．outstanding 當然 very good，通常都無晒位，本地人都爭崩頭，何況新移民，grammar school 叻仔叻女可以試下考。

退而求其次，埋首 good rating 多嘅區份，到埗嗰陣再插班，再睇附近租盤來考慮，諗吓度吓，諗吓度吓，留返出發前最後 3 個月，跟樓盤再落實。

隔山操作，理想與現實有好大分歧，身邊有舊同事，過到來 Kingston upon Thames，轉去 Twickenham 再去 Ham。

網友去 Bristol，搵租盤去咗 Keynsham，另外 Sutton 有 apartment 樓上樓下都係香港人，附近學位 full house 全院滿座。

朋友搵 St. Albans，要方便返學，upfront 18月租。Reading 人滿不段，租盤學位難求。

呀女離開前，email 約咗間中學，回覆到埗後再聯絡，上星期通知 12 Jul 2021，約副校長見面，希望一切順利。
