0086 與股災的關係及原因
After I disclosed to some members about the correlation of stock disaster and stock 0086 one month ago, some members and I earned a huge profit in past 3 weeks or even in one day. Is it a coincidence of that or just luck?
If u look at chart 2, 0086 rised like a rocket in 1997 and 2000, the crazy time of that periods and also this month. This stock did not rise slowly like the H stocks now, it rised suddenly and sharply.
People always say that the stock diaster will happen very soon if u see many C9 in the banks, everyone in office are discussing stocks. Unfortunely, this behaviour is hard to quantified. If u leave the stock market by that unquantified signal, u will earn less especially in the last stage of cow market.
There is one quantified data of 0086, which is one of the biggest security and finance company in HK, can be used by their big boss and his good friends of that company. i.e The margin rate in stock purchase of that company. In the year of 1997 and 2000, the big boss of 0086 and his good friends detected a alarming rate of margin purchase in stock purchase, that is the signal of last stage of cow market. They started to buy their stocks each other to make the price higher, like chart 1.
After the price getting high, they employed some financial stars to advertise the stock. Finally, they started to distribute the stocks to the new buyers. After selling majority of 0086, which was collected in very cheap price, the high price collapsed.
The big boss and his good friends started to collect the stocks in cheap price in later years. The incident is happening again now. The margin rate of stock purchase is alarming, the stock is rising to sky. Next step is waiting for the show time of financial stars. The final step is waiting for u. It is hard to know the amount of stocks in the boss's hand but they are holding nearly all sellable amount now
Whenever, u see excellent buying reasons of 0086 provoked by financial stars, that will be the time for selling and leaving the stock market because people has no more money but full of rubbish stocks.

It depends how much stocks in the big boss and his good friends. Of course, as time goes by , their amount of stocks will surely fall especially when newspaper say this is a excellent company. That will be the last few days of the stock.
Same theory in H stock and A stock, no one know the music will stop. The amount of stocks in big boss s hand is unknown. Frankly speaking, it can easily to earn money from that stocks but no one know when the music will stop except the big boss(es).
