唉,辛辛苦苦經營既 keep fit 計劃,體重曾經回落至 167 lbs,可惜上星期的週六日,食豐富一點後,體重即時回升至 171lb.

今晚最新消息,今日跌回 166lbs. 唔知幾時能夠回落至150lbs以下.

  1. hahha!! 多謝你這篇作提醒! 昨晚正打算寫篇"我的減肥報告"...其實仍未努力, 亦沒有成績, 前陣子病了兩次, 一磅都無少, 死未?! 但同事及芭蕾舞同學都說我塊瞼瘦左, 我覺得只不過係D水... 都唔知點算... 都唔知以前點解可以咁成功. 宜家越來越肥, 真係要減8-10 磅!!! :(
